PALMIA® grinders

PALMIA® grinders are high-quality, precision-engineered grinders that process both fresh and frozen raw materials, such as meat, fat, fish, and bones.
The smallest model in the series, the 160 series grinder, is primarily designed for grinding products down to a particle size of 2-3 mm.
Large grinders are capable of grinding whole frozen blocks without the need for pre-crushing.
Coarse Grinder

Coarse Grinder

The coarse grinder (series 255) is designed for chopping meat mixtures used in processed meat products before standardization and salting, as well as for pre-grinding minced meat raw material.
The machine's unique operation method cuts the product without crushing or greasing it. The rotation speed of the coarse grinder's knives can be adjusted to achieve the desired particle size.
